Bad, terrible, disgusting service
They owe me a refund. I sent requiered form plus bankstatement with proof of my payment to them a month ago. I enquired now six times. They confirmed that they owe me, but does not make the refund payment. I am a pensioner to whom this amount of over R 1015 means very much. They are quick to demand payment, even before the medical aid make payment, but one cannot get your refund!!
