Bad service that leads to missing flight

on Wednesday 14 april my wife and 2 sons did covid testing at Ampath welkom as they are flying on saturday 17 April at 08:00 internasionally. She specified on all their document flights times and dates. then on friday 16 April at 11:00 2 of them received their results but the 3rd did not as the system showed he is negative but his test has not been signed off yet.

then at 17hrs the office in welkom just said there is nothing they can do and that she will have to reschedule her flight. she waited in front of that office from 12hrs till 17 and kept asking for info.

I would discourage anyone from using ampath labarotories as they do not care and are very unhelpfull
