BAD SERVICE- PATHETIC USELESS STAFF AT AKASIA CHASING ME WAY
AMPATH STAFF CHASED ME AWAY AT 17:50 SAYING THEY ARE CLOSED YET DOOR DISPALY WAS 18:00 AND WHEN I QUESTIONED THIS THEY SAY BECAUSE THE DRIVER IS LEAVING AT 17:00 AND THE BLOOD CANT STAY THERE, SO MY QUESTION IS WHY DONT THEY CLOSE AT 17:00, THE STAFF WAS TWO GUYS AND ONE BLACK LADY, NON APOLOGETIC AND RUDE, THEY SAY SINCE I SAID I WORK IN JOBURG I MUST VISIT THAT BRANCH, BUT I STAY IN AKASIA FOR GODS SAKE, THESE PEOPLE MUST BE CHASED AWAY THEY DONT HAVE CLIENT SERVICE, I NEED THIS TO BE ADDRESSED BY TOP MANAGEMENT
