BAD SERVICE FROM AR

Received a account from Ampath and the ampath at fourways hospital advised i can make arrangement of R100 and do not skip a payment, which i have not. Zipho Sigwebela she refused to give me an *** balance statement last month and said " Like I said before the arrangement can not be for a R100" And she handed me over. I told her i cannot afford to pay additional amount due to my mom not working at the moment. This morning she hands me over - i will never use AMPATH again for the lack of empathy and service.
