Bad service from Ampath Manager

I called in ***) to book a Skin test, she told don't me I must go to another branch. I asked if done at Unitas, then out of nowhere she just started shouting at me and she dropped the phone before I could even finish.<br> <br> This is not an acceptable behaviour especially from someone who claims to be a manager.
