Bad service

My husband tested positive with covid on the 8th of June last year. On the 9th I went to ampath with my 3 kids to test for covid at Benoni ampath. When we get there we were given forms at a parking lot yo fill when my son went the staff said we should pay R850 goe everyone to test. I told them that my medical aid gives us to tests per annum for free. I told them not to test cos I didn't have the R850 for 4 people I will go n test elsewhere. After 5 months I received a call saying I owe ampath R850 for my son that went in 1st with the form and they didn't test him. When I query cos I didn't even receive the results on the test that they r claiming for, they told me the test was negative but we went on the nxt day 2 the other lab and we all tested positive. I tried to speak 2 them but they didn't do anything about it instead they have handed the account....
