Bad Service
I did blood test on the 1st of October 2023 and up until now there is no result loaded online. They said by 2nd of October 2023 my result will be ready but nothing. What if it was urgent or life threatening? Made contact with the call center and still waiting?

05 Oct 2023, 12:24Hi Charmaine. Our Client Services team has reverted to advise that the last time you had tests done through Ampath was on 03/04/2023. Perhaps your most recent tests were through a different pathology service?
