Bad manners from staff

Today 23/03/2020 I was handled like a piece of ******* by 2staff members working at Ampath George.Had no airtime to make arrangements for a test.So I had to drive to look for the building which I didnt now where it was located.After someone told me I park my car and went to ask to be tested.They let me in and just after I told them that I was there to be tested the one lady stood backwards the other one told me twise'go out go out'I had to go outside the immediately sanitized the safety gate and there I stood outside.I feld so bad I just start to cry.One lady come out and apologised and brought some docs for me to fill in.After 30min she come back and test me outside in a coner.Never in my life was I handled in such a disgraced way.If I new They do swaps in the cars I would have drove in but I also didnt knw where it was and had to park my car and walk to look for the place
