Bad experience with Ampath Laboratories

<p>I visited Sunninghill hospital in June 2015 and had to do some lab tests. Ever since then, I am receiving on a constant basis, various patients invoices, showing their confidential items such as Names, Addresses, ID Numbers, Types of Blood Tests done and amounts. Yes the tests results are not displayed however if one receives items such as the ones attached on a weekly basis, with their full details which is meant to be confidential, If I am a patient I would lay legal complaint against Ampath for sharing my confidential tests taken with others. This also then makes me question who my invoices are being shared with. I have written to ampath from last year and to date, i'm still getting invoices from lawyers that I owe them for people I don't even know. Moreover, all emails sent to their customer services are not being responded. I will not have a bad credit name purely because someone didn't do their job well and named me a guarantor on a number of people I have no idea of. Ampath better sought out this mess or I'm getting legal assistance to sue them for even exposing patient confidential information.</p> <p> </p>
