Bad debtors department Supervisor

had an account with ampath I made arrangements to make payments tried to pay the account but I couldn't open the attachment on my email they told me the ID number was captured wrong and now my account is handed over I need to pay collection amount spoke to one of the supervisors by the name of Serra Mokhonwana who was very rude to me refused to give me call reference or transfer my call to someone whose willing to assist me she told me it's not her fault that they captured my ID number wrong and she has lot of customers to deal with she's wasting time talking to me. I'm so disappointed in Ampath I would never recommend it to anyone to use it there service is so bad they dont know how to talk to customers.
