Bad Customer service

Ampath your call centre is as good as useless. Was holding for 20 minutes. Ref GNT03855 i paid R2205.80 as my med aid did not pay as you had referenced the incorrect code. I need you to mail me an updated Invoice stating code Z34.9 so that Gems can reimburse me for the bloods taken. Z34.9 is the code for maternity programme by my medical aid.

Why have a call centre if you ignore our calls? pointless!
