Bad Ampath

Had to do a PSA test at Ampath George. Later I was called by the English woman working there and she told me we did not take enough blood and can I come in to give again blood. They cancelled the test but still submitted it to my medical aid. So they got money for a test they cancelled and they billed me for the second test. I was not the one drawing insufficient blood to complete the test. My medical option only pays for one PSA test every four years. Now they demand from me over R300 for the second test. This is not right. Someone should fix this.
