Awful inexperienced workers

Last Sunday I went to the Ampath covid facility at Life Fourways for an antibody test. The lady who took the sample struggled to get my vein from my right arm. The tourniquet was so tight, I was feeling a lot of pain. Then she apologized and went for my left arm, again the tourniquet was extremely tight. After this, I couldn't stretch my arms for the next hour. Here is the photo of my bruised arm after 3 days. It's been 5 days, it still hurts and the bruise is still all over.
