Awful experience, very bad customer service

The most unhelpful customer service you will ever deal with. They don't understand very basic medical aid related queries, and a simple query about a price for a particular blood test was answered with: "visit your nearest branch for assistance". There are other labs around, so do yourself a favour and avoid Ampath.
