Ampath's incompetence and harassment

I have had a string of bad experiences with Ampath's accounts department from totally *********** to writing final demand letters to my deceased wife. Example 1: I received email and sms notification of an outstanding amount on the Monday for the princely sum of R203 and on the Friday they started phoning me demanding payment; Example 2: As the main member on the medical aid I am responsible for any short payment and perchance I found a final demand notice on my deceased wife's phone - no communication with me! When you try and phone them they keep you on hold and drop your calls
