Ampath - ZERO customer service
Emails, DM's on Facebook, posts on Facebook - not a single reply. Post on Facebook get deleted. I hope to GOD that they run their laboratory a lot better than their customer service - disgusting!!

We use Hootsuite to manage our social channels and sent a response 6 days ago, so we will certainly look into this as to what has happened. For some reason, the email you sent landed in Spam so we will get our IT team to see if they can adjust the filters. In follow up, and in the event that you still require the information, the cost of our PSA tests - depending on which one your doctor is referring you for - is as below:
PSA (+Free PSA if indicated): R1002.20
PSA only: R296.50
PSA (+Free PSA if indicated): R1002.20
PSA only: R296.50
