AMPATH Worst ever experience

I am very upset with Ampath. First of all they don't get back to me. My account in July was supposed to be only R250. 30. Later on Ampath send me a wrong detailed account FOR R1989. Addressed for someone else. MY GOODNESS!!!! Then they keep on phoning me to tell me that they are going to hand me over. THEN I PAID THE R1989 JUST THAT THEY DO NOT BLACK LIST MY NAME, THEN I SEND AN EMAIL TO INFORM THEM OF THEIR MISTAKE. NOW SUDDENLY I AM SUPPOSED TO PAY ACCOUNT OF R250. 30 were raised to R541. 90 I WANT MY MONEY BACK. THEY need to pay me R1447, 10 back plus the investment there of.
