Ampath Wilgers in Pretoria

Good day. On the 10/12/2022 me and my friend J Johnson went to get SARS-CoV-2 RT-PCR test for our children for travelling purposes. On the the 11th (15:30) I phoned and ask if the result was ready and can it be emailed, the lady responded yes it is, and it was sent. We decided to wait it out, and in the end we drove all the way back to Wilgers to collect our results. The same two people we assisted us on the Saturday was there on Sunday. When I received my results I notice a few mistakes and brought it to their attention, the lady by the name of Boitumelo was so rude. She responded that they do not do the admin but the call center and I must not be rude, but both of their attitude was a disgrace. While sitting there and they correcting the mistakes - our emails came through- I told them that you said we didn't give the details of our emails but why are we receiving it and only now , and its appearing on the paper- again she snapped back at me- the lady by the Boitumelo This two ladies are very unprofessional and I told myself that I will report them, because clearly this is the manner in how they work or attend to people that need the service of Ampath. The spelling of the name can be wrong, because I asked for her name - they do not wear name tags. The Req : ***1 is on my report card - and this will clearly give you an indication who was on duty that 2x days.
