Ampath violating POPI
I'm reporting you to the Information Regulator today.
If you guys didn't lie to me so much or didn't think I'm so stupid I would've sorted it out with you.
But the amount of gaslighting by your company made it a easy decision.

04 Sept 2024, 11:27I've been waiting since Friday for a manager to call me. But the call centre agent **** to me Friday and twice Yesterday. Nobody has called me and it has been escalated before.
Then you guys just send a email to me to say the ticket has been closed BUT ABSOLUTELY NOTHING HAS HAPPENED EXCEPT YOUR AGENT LYING TO ME.
I'll wait until 2 for a phone call but then I'm filling in my complaint with the Information Regulator
