Ampath useless services

This company must just close their call centre because what is the use, I called this company numerous time to request pathology report , as medical aid wanted them in order to pay the bill , and i even emailed them , and did not get far with that either , what they have done instead is to hand me over to a debt collection agency instead of emailing me the report to give it to bonitas so that they can get paid.
