Ampath Urgency Lacking

My daughter and I went to have a COVID-19 Test done on Tuesday 23 June. To date, 28th June we have still not received our results. Despite several calls (four) to their offices since Thursday 25th, each time being told our results would be available within a few hours, we haven’t had any results and the delay has put tremendous pressure on us for various reasons
