Ampath unprofessional smses

I am getting smses that I owe Ampath money. This is correct, as I did have test done recently.

My dear Ampath, it is incredibly unprofessional to send smses from an unidentified phone number containing random banking details. You look like a ****, and I will never pay anybody after getting a sms.
