Ampath Threatens to hand me over after incorrectly submitting claims

I suffered a pulmonary embolism at the end of February and had to go onto warfarin which requires weekly INR testing. I started receiving rejected claims notification from my medical aid and investigated the issue. Ampath hadn't used the correct ICD10 code to submit my claims. I sent Ampath my chronic care approval letter and advised them on the correct ICD10 Code. Up to date, I've only received an automated response concerning the resubmission. I received a call from them and explained and resend the supporting documents on Friday the 26th of June 2020. Today, June 29th they're threatening to hand over my account!!!! I've stopped my treatment with them and will never ever use their services ever again.
