AMPATH THE WORSE

This has to be the worst pathology company. They are confused but very quick to hand you over. My mother was handed over for tests done in January, when they duplicated claims to the medical aid. Just yesterday they sent me a statement for tests done in April. They duplicate reference numbers for the same claims and when you request proof of all those claims, you never get one correct, straight thing. They prey on unsuspecting clients and rely on these threats and hand over actions to get them to pay. I sent them a complaint over a month ago and to this day, not even an acknowledgement of my email. Their agents are clueless and when you ask for clarity, they promise to get back to you. Unbelievable service. They need to be investigated, something sinister is going on with this company. Be careful guys, rather deal with a different lab.
