Ampath test lost!!
We have done pcr COVID test last year 15 December at Lephalale Lab. We need the test for crossing the border, the tests got lost and we was forced to do test on the border! An extra R300 per person at the border, we have already paid R1500 for test with no explanation where test is, got lost!!! 31 December ask for refund! fill forms and they say with in 2 weeks we will get our money back! Well?!! Now we are at 31 January 2023 and completed about 4 different forms send banking detail of payment done, call almost every day, etc... Well please note they will collect your money asap!!! and call you constantly to get payment!! Please don't expect to get service when they owe you money!! And please note the risk of tests get lost when you go for any test!

07 Feb 2023, 11:26Good day, Yes thank you, have received the refund 03/02/2023, after applying for refund on 27/12/2022 lot of forms/letters and I need to proof the money is out my account and promise it be paid within 2 weeks! well done!
