Ampath Supervisor shocking service

I have had a terrible experience with a lady that works for Ampath. She is a Debtors Superivsor, yet she has been the most unhelpful person ive ever dealt with. I had an outstanding amount and was handed over to vericred. I made an arrangement in December 2018 to make payment and made a payment in December but never recieved an updated statement from Ampath. I am NOT denying awareness of the account but i have asked for proof that I was contacted between December and March with an updated statement. I have been told by this supervisor that they 'exhausted all efforts to contact' me before handing the account over to Vericred, but she is not able to sent me any proof that contact was made between December 2018 and March 2019. All I have asked for is an email address they sent a statement to and proof of contact between those dates, suddenly this supervisor had become very rude and unhelpful to me. I would like the information that i requested to settle this matter.
