Ampath service not happy with

Hello can I please be assistant, i've done bloods on the 16 November 2019 used ampath laboratories, blood was requested by Dr and my medical scheme paid for the blood that was requisted by Dr. Ampath send 2 claims to medical scheme and scheme paid for 1 claims and other 1 was taken as duplicate so it was rejected , so whn I phoned ampath to ask why must I pay for R1633, 60 I was told that they added other bloods but they were not requested by the Dr,they used code 3948 times 7 and said its for different tests. My medical scheme did not pay for the blood that was not requisted buy the Dr so why should I pay? It's my birthday month so please I don't need this please help.
