Ampath sends out accounts that cannot be opened, and then sets their debt collectors on one
Ampath set their debt collectors on my 81 year old dad after submitting an account via email that cannot be openend with my dad's ID number. We have sent 3 emails starting Dec to Matseke Thandi at Ampath to say that we cannot open the account, and obviously cannot pay if we cannot even open the account. Needless to say - no response!!!
