Ampath Refund Nightmare
I have app**** for Refund on the 9th of January for 1975.90 for the service which was rendered on 5th of December 2024.
Breakdown of amounts: 1. I had a credit of R394.80 on Ampath account due to me 2. R1581.10 for 05/12/2024 for a service that was suppose to be charged on medical aid but they charge it cash and and later claim it again on medical aid. 3. They charged R394.80 x 2 + R1581.10 which equals R1975 .90.
Until Today I am struggling to get my refunds, after I have sent a Refund request form with proof of payment and confirmation of banking details. It's more than a month now with back and forth.
