Ampath Pomona It’s A Worse Lab With It’s Staff

Ampath Pomona is a worse Lab one shouldn’t go especially now for CVID-19 tests, on the 07th May 2020 around 14:00 I went to do my test and paid right away I was told by 3 ladies there that I will receive my invoice within 7 working day which didn’t make since to me. Today is the 17th May 2020 I still haven’t received my invoice and I have to claim from my medical aid. I called Thursday on ‭***‬ then the gentleman that answered the phone advised me that I need to call *** this number is for people who want to make payment. I fail to understand why companies employ people who don’t know what they are doing and what is the meaning of Customer Service. I want my invoice URGENT before the end of business tomorrow and I’ll be expecting a call to tell me what took the Account Department so long to send my invoice.
