Ampath Phlebotomy Technician Learnership

I am very dissapointed in this company.On Friday 15 May 2020 I app**** for the Phlebotomy Technician Learnership on the Ampath website. On Saturday 16 May 2020 I receive an email that said "Thank you for your application for the Phlebotomy Learnership. You have been selected to complete an online assessment. Link and info will follow. If you are not the intended recipient, please delete this message." So I was waiting patiently upon the assessment that I was apparantly going to receive. I never received the assessment. Today, 22 May 2020, I receive another email that said "Thank you for your application to the Ampath Phlebotomy Learnership. Unfortunately your application was unsuccessful

If you are not the intended recipient, please delete this message." I am not satisfied with this situation at all ! How can they inform me that my application was unsuccessful if they never even sent me the assessment that I was promised in the first place ? They didn't even give me the chance that I deserve. On top of it all, I do actually meet the requirements for the position and I am actually studying Biomedical Science through Unisa which will be very beneficial for the company as I am studying in this direction.

If this is the ********* manner in which they work, I am no longer interested in working there.

Keep this in mind whenever you consider applying for the learnerships that they offer.
