Ampath patient portal does not release results

Ampath will not release my test results. I have received test results from Ampath and Lancet over the past 7 years. Now Ampath says that it will only be released to the Doctor. I keep track of my medical records and results as I have moved doctors several times. How can I pay for something that I did not receive? Ampath also dont reply to their customer care emails.
