Ampath Pathology lawyers

Good day, I was handed over by Ampath, I have been paying my account, up until now I probably only receive 2 statements, I owed them more than R5000. I waa listed on the ITC but I dont get an statement showing what my amount still due is. I dont get called, smsed or emailed.
