AMPATH NOT PROVIDING THE PROOF OF DOCTORS REQUEST FOR TESTS

Never use Ampathe for blood tests I have been fighting for 6 months for proof of where a doctor requested a test they charged me for that the medical aid rejected as it was not on the request note!!!! They say there is an add on letter but have to date not received a copy of it that I requested. What about private clients you will be overcharged and be none the wiser what the hell they are charging for??????

Asking for proof is like pulling teeth from their accounts department just been spoken to like a child and then the phone slammed in my ear by their debt collector .... I will never use them again .... rather go to Lancet.
