Ampath ****ming me more money for an account paid in FULL

I made a payment to Ampath on the 9th of November 2022 and swore never to use their services as they were hounding me for payment whilst in hospital, on the 28th of November 2022 I was still getting harassed by their staff that I must pay R5600 that i had paid, now suddenly my account with them owes R400. It’s ****en May 2023, what ****en service did I receive from Ampath. Now I’m getting harassed on calls and messages and getting threatened to be blacklisted for a ****en R400 I don’t owe Ampath . ****** ****mers. Anyone stay away from Ampath Life Carstenhof especially if you will be assisted by Maria Nyathi, a fat uneducated rude lady alongside her Morphie colleague by the name of Thato or something, Maria confirmed in November in person that the account is paid in full after she sent people I don’t know emails demanding payment.
