Ampath ****mers and disgusting service

I’ve received the worst service ever from Ampath. Ampath sent me sms messages saying my account remains unpaid. Having taken blood tests in 2024 for different reasons and not remembering which companies hospitals / doctors used, I paid the account. I then called Ampath to request an email address to send proof of payment to. This was before Christmas in December 2024. I was horrified to be told by an Ampath employee that I actually do not owe Ampath…the sms messages had been sent to me by mistake!! Since then I have sent Ampath a couple of emails requesting a refund and I haven’t got any joy. Firstly…they do not bother to return emails. When they do, Im expected to ‘send proof of payment’ AGAIN! One employee told me to talk to their agency because the money had gone into their agency’s account? Really?? Ampath gave my details to their agency! This is not my agency, but theirs. Ampath messed up and now they expect me to clean their mess up! I told them last week that if they do not respond to my emails again, Im going to post on social media about this. They don’t care! They have not given me answers They have not responded to my emails. They have not refunded me.

Can you believe Ampath’s incompetence and arrogance? I have literally been ****med by Ampath and the are arrogant about it. Well, I want my money back and I’m going to make sure they pay every cent back to me. PS: I sent them the sms message as proof I sent them the proof of payment

Im never going to use their services again. I’ll tell everyone who cares to listen to stay away from Ampath! I want my money back and I demand an apology from Ampath
