Ampath makes you pay for their mistakes

Went for blood tests. Was quoted amount. Paid full amount at depot. Receive a statement, 2 months later, that I owe an outstanding amount. I paid the FULL amount quoted to me. I REFUSE to pay an amount that was an error made on your staffs side.
