Ampath makes us Livid

My Father has been struggling to get his account status from Ampath. He is a pensioner and is being given the run around. His account has been handed over but the call center staff at the Ampath Debtors department on *** are ***********. They constantly say thy are searching their records, and will call back and email- to no avail. They never keep to their word. The aim is to honour the money owed bit we keep begging. Not sure of its a ploy to make the money owed balloon but we will not be held liable for incompetence. We have been calling since 28 April 2023 but still nothing. They say an account is paid then when we call again they say it owes. Seems like a thumb suck. In this economy soon they'll kiss that money goodbye and we won't take responsibility cause they aren't sending statement of account/s
