Ampath labs and Dis-chem dishonest and quick to take money (R850) with no delivery of results

I went for a covid-19 test at the drive through testing on Monday 29 June 2020 at Did-Chem fourways mall. They use Ampath labs for the testing. It is now the 6th working day and I have not received my results. They promise 3-5 working days (which I confirmed with the nurse attending to me), but no delivery. Both my parents went to get tested at the Ampath Lab on Thursday 2nd July 2020 and received their results on Saturday morning 4th July (and my mother tested positive). Did-Chem and Ampath is so quick to take your R850 but won't follow through on delivery of the results. I regret ever using this service. I needed to get tested for work and now I can't return until I get my results. And as policy states, no work no pay. Thank you dis-chem and Ampath for your dishonesty and causing me to lose money on a daily basis. I don't know if the problem lies with dis-chem or Ampath labs. People please don't use this service. EVER!!!
