Ampath Laborotories highly inefficient accounts departments

Full marks for blood tests but accounting department is about as useless as Ihave ever seen. Firstly I go absolutely crazy mad if they send me a SMS saying I owe money and its been over to Vericredit which is clearly part of their business!!! I just got another sms after we cleared up the last mess. An SMS is not an invoice as it doesn't sat what the service was for!! And get it into your heads I am not going to pay through Veri credit as you gave the service not them!!. My wife goes every week now for 2 years and you cant tell me you dont have at least my email address and phone number!! Send me a invoice please! It was said after the last time we went through this debacle I owed nothing. I have a good medical aid which is costing me a fortune (r16000/m) For 2 people! Don't have records from them you even submitted stuff and it was not paid! I definitely are going to move my business to Lancet who I have never had problems with!
