Ampath Laboratory takes double payment.

After paying my account, I received a lot off calls from this company, stating that I owe them money. I thought that maybe I forgot to pay, so I payed the money.

After a few days, they sent me an email stating that I payed double. They sent me a form to fill in so that I can get the money back.

Well, I have submitted that form more than once, but from December 2023 untill September 2024, I have not received any money back.

On my email to ask about the proof that they returned my money, they just email me back that they will come back to me.

No other response after that. In January, they acknowledge that they made a mistake, but until now, they do not come back with proof that my money has been paid back and it doesn't show on my bank statement.

To how many people do they do this? They take double payment and keep it.
