Ampath Laboratories - understaffed, asking patients to complain
Ampath testing station at Fourways life, stood in a 200m queue, blazing sun, completely under staffed, staff asking people in the queue to complain about being under staffed as they not being heard. Please Ampath, you making a fortune out of the public, I'm sure you could employ sufficient staff, waiting 20min for my receipt, really poor
