Ampath Jean Avenue, almost a month still no RAPID test results
I went for a rapid test at Ampath Jean avenue on the 7th of Jan 2022.
It is now almost a month later and I haven't received my results, not a single SMS or email.
Reception staff is very rude and apparently ***********, their service is pathetic.
So if you want to pay for a Covid test and never receive the results go and test at Ampath Jean Avenue.

Not that a rapid test is of any worth to me a month later, so I don't really know what I paid for.
Please see the definition of Rapid " happening in a short time or at a great rate".
Nowhere in the definition of Rapid does it say anything about a month later.

Patients are usually advised to register to receive results on our Ampath App, downloadable from both Google Play or the App Store; or, alternatively, to register to receive results through our website at: https://extranet3.ampath.co.za/patientportal/. Apologies that this appears not to have happened in your case.

04 Feb 2022, 21:01Ok no I understand, but I would advise you then not to super glue your employees mouths shut, so they can communicate this kind of very important information to a paying customer,So they know where to get there results.
Otherwise I kind of looked like an idiot waiting for the postal dove to deliver the results?
I have tested severel times before and the results are always sent by emails and SMS, dont try and make excuse for your *********** staff.
