Ampath is the worst lab you can choose

Credit controllers at Ampath are supposed to submit claims to one’s medical aid, but they don’t do their job properly, resulting in medical aid rejecting the claims. Then, instead of doing their jobs by submitting claims correctly, the credit controllers simply harass an 89 year old widow for the money which the medical aid would have paid, had Ampath submitted correctly. Tell your doctor to use another lab, do not support Ampath unless you want to endure the worst of service and the worst of harassment for payment.
