AMPATH INCOMPETENCY

I was admitted at Sunninghil Hospital incapacitated with a respiratory infection. Ampath did daily tests during all my 12 days stay. They did not ask for authorisation from my Medical Aid and Medical Aid refusing to pay. what incompetency is this. Strangely, the first 2 days I was at the hospital they asked for authorisation and that bill was paid by medical aid. Company not responding to calls and e-mails at all.
