I was admitted to hospital on the 16th of June 2021 where there was numerous tests done. Till 3 weeks ago I was not aware of the additional cost of R2241. Only 3 weeks ago I found out that Ampath pathology handed me over for not paying my bill and yet I have not received a single email and or phone call since the 16th of June last year informing me of my outstanding invoice.
Ontop of this R2241invoice I have to pay additional fees as Ampath handed me over for bad debt and it affected my credit score. The total I had to pay now was R2602.88
This is absolutely shocking!!!! Your communication is terrible and its costing innocent people more money due to your negligence. Your company is a disgrace and extremely unprofessional.
