Ampath fumbles credit note to wrong everything

Ampath sent me credit note No. KIX52310 to my POSTAL address, stating a credit my medical scheme Compcare (of which I'm NOT a member) regarding my dependant (I don't have dependants) patient Gaving Nassif (whom I never-ever even met).<br> I e-mailed [Email Removed] to have me dissociated from any such billing whatsoever. Meagon of Ampath rep**** after 10 days, apologising and stating that \We wish to advised that the email address has been removed."<br> What I ask is:<br> 1. What e-mail?? It was a SNAIL MAIL credit note"
