Can someone please explain why AMPATH harasses people for payment. !!!
In late 2021 I had to take a Covid test and at the time I was with Momentum medical aid. The company I worked for did rapid covid test for free but I was informed they ( momentum ) were going to pay for the test just for me to find out that if it’s a negative test I need to cover it myself but it was never told to me that there’s ultimatums regarding paying and now Ampath is harassing me for the payment because Momentum does not cover it and after I explained to the Ampath employee what’s the situation I was told they will handle it and now I see VERICREDIT is sending me emails ??!!
