Ampath Du Buisson - unaaceptable service

I received a final notice of payment from Ampath Du Buisson via SMS over the weekend claiming that several payments had been sent and have not been responded to . The SMS demanded payment or legal action will be taken.

Firstly, I have NOT received one knvoice or demand for payment to date. The first communicarion I received ftom Ampath Du Buisson is the SMS i received this weekend.

I have tried to contact the account department on ********** , which is the number provided on the SMS and on ********** . Both numbers provide optikns to soeak to the account department but then the call is terminated.

This is totally unacceptable.

Has anyone else had this same experience.
