Ampath dreadful service

My wife went to Ampath for some blood tests and we requested a copy be sent to us. My medical aid was charged for the claimed tests and I was sent an account for the excess of R 333. We again asked for the test results to be emailed to us but nothing has been sent. Despite numerous requests for the test results to be sent to us nothing has arrived. I was asked to register on their Web site to see the test results but after registration there were no test results to be viewed. I have paid the R 333 and medical aid has paid their portion. Since Ampath cannot send me the test results I can only assume that this is a ********** claim and that no blood tests were actually done. I have had problems with this company for many years and despite them making several name changes from Bouwer and partners to the current Ampath the dreadful service they provide to the public has not changed. This has to be the worst path labs to deal with, if you need a blood choose anyone else except Ampath unless you absolutely have to use their services. If you do use Ampath make sure you get a copy of the test results otherwise you may also get a ********** claim against you. Since they cannot produce the test results I am treating this as a ********** claim and the appropriate legal action will follow.
